Crêpes are one of my favorite foods that I never really thought about making…Until one night Lauren and I stumbled across a Crêpe cafe that was closed. Our hearts were set on eating Crepes, but no cafes were open at 10 pm. Off to the store we went.
I decided to learn how to make them on my own…and they are truly so easy
WARNING: These things are dangerous…they are addicting.
What it calls for…
1 cup of Flour
1/2 cup of Milk
1/2 cup of Water
2 tablespoons of Melted Butter
A pinch of Salt
Step 1: Mix the flour and eggs until it is fully mixed (All flour should be moist and clumped together)
Step 2: Add Water and Milk while continuing to mix
Step 3: Add Butter and Salt
Step 4: Continue to mix until the mixture is smooth
How to Cook:
Let the pan heat up and grease it with Pam or coconut oil. Pour 1/3 cup of the mixture into a heated medium size pan. Pick up the pan and move in
Now for the fun…Pick your fillings and stuff your crepe!
